We sold our condo with Reza Nour and bought a new home as well. Reza was given the herculean task of selling our condo that just had a massive assessment and did not have a great reputation. Because of Reza these condos went from cash only to buyers able to purchase with conventional loans. Any time a buyer came to look at condo, Reza was their giving us advice and greeting the agent and potential buyers. He was always so professional and friendly. He has great insight on the market, not only in Lake Las Vegas, but all of Las Vegas. When we got a buyer, there was a big issue with the condo insurance deductible being too high for a conventional loan. Then there was the issue of the condo questionaire that loan companies require for purchase of a condo. The management company did not want to answer the questions but Reza figured out a way to get that task completed as well. We call Reza a bulldog because he NEVER gives up. When it was time for inspection to be done Reza was there with us. Reza was involved every step of the way for the sale of this condo which was extremely difficult and with plenty of headaches. Reza always was there to calm our anxieties and anger at the length of time this took. We have recommended Reza to our family member because of the excellent care he took of us!
