Reza was a pleasure to work with. His experience was clear when issues arose with the sale. He handled himself very well and was able to close on the house for great deal.

Reza is one of the last few honest agents in this field. With him it is not all about "making a deal" but finding you the perfect home within your budget. He does not try to up sale you or put pressure to make a deal. He has a very kind and patient demeanor. He always answers your questions and jumps through the hoops to get the information needed to make a good decision. I can without reservation recommend Reza Niroomand as a top Real Estate agent.

Mr. Reza Niroomand is a seasoned veteran, Real Estate Broker. He was very diligent in conducting open houses every weekend which did result in the sale of my property. He was always available for questions and concerns when issues came up during the process. He has a very kind and gentle personality which has a calming effect, during some of the stressful situations during the transaction. He is very easy going and not the typical high-pressure salesperson. I can whole heartly recommend Reza for your next real estate transaction. This is my second transaction with Reza and I will continue to use him in the future.

During both of my purchases through Reza, he has been a thoughtful and thorough realtor who takes the time to make sure his clients are happy. He's patient and when it comes to negotiating the price with the other realtor, he works hard and is client-centered.

We had this run downed condo next to a bus stop, on a corner of a busy intersection. He personally found multiple contractors to renovate the property, which also took a lot of dealing with that awful HOA. He did all that, and at the end it really paid off, about a $100k over the original market value. Thank you!

It was a great experience working with Reza. He was very patient during the process, and showed us many different places until we found one that we liked. He was always accessible and helpful. My family and I recommend him.
