We worked with Reyden to find a home in the difficult real estate market of Sal Lake City area. We were looking for something a-typical and he was able to clearly understand what we were looking for and propose options in multiple locations from Ogden to Salt City to further south. He really sync in with us and helped us found something pretty rapidly, especially given market conditions. He was very knowledgeable about different real estate markets / areas, how things are done from a legal point of view in Utah, local laws like water rights (we were relocating), local contractors, title compagnies, lenders, etc. He also offered sound advice when negociating offers, while leaving us space to make our own decision. He also was very patient and cool headed throughout the emotional up and downs of the search. And always returning calls, text, emails very quickly.
