Rey did an outstanding job listing and selling our home. Some of the inspections required work to be performed in order to close the sale and Rey helped resolve each of the issues every step along the way. We were under some tight time constraints and Rey was consistently working with us to help meet deadlines. His knowledge of the east mountain real estate market was a definite advantage in the successful sale of our home. His expertise in working with inspectors was a huge benefit. Rey also did an outstanding job negotiating the sale and he consistently represented our interests throughout the process. We give him the highest possible rating and could not have asked for a better agent to market our home.
