During the home buying process, I had some tough things that I was going through in which caused me to find a home and find one quick. I was staying with a friend until I could come to a decision on what home I would want, when right down the road from where she lives one went up for sale. I put in a request and Rex was able to show me the house on the day that I requested and once I saw it, I was hooked. I still wanted to wait a day or so to make a final decision but I was pretty set on this house. The next day, however, an offer was made on the house and knowing how much I loved the house and the predicament I was in, he contacted me right away. That whole next day we were going back and forth on offers and addendums, connecting me with a lender, and more. By the end of the night I had a successful offer in place. I was in tears of joy and if it was not for him listening and understanding the reasoning behind me not only looking for a home but specifically this one, I probably would still be out there looking. Rex is literally your go to realtor and I highly recommend him. No one knows how much his hard work helped in my current situation.
