Rex and Kary helped my wife and I navigate our first home buying process. They patiently explored houses with us that were pretty obviously terrible, as well as houses that were probably out of our price range....We were able to see what we did and didn't want, which is hard to accomplish without actually going and seeing a house. They provided us with resources to do research on our own, but were also readily available to answer questions or provide their perspective on what we were thinking. We ended up with a great little brick house that we are currently working on before we move in. It's the perfect first house, giving us opportunities to learn new skills without being overwhelmed by the new responsibilities that come with homeownership. They helped us communicate with the seller, which was so useful, because we wouldn't have had any idea of what a 'competitive' offer looked like or what how to negotiate parts of the contract...It was a very educational experience and we felt well taken care of the whole way.
