As a first-time home buyer, I had endless questions and real anxieties, but Reva was patient and kind, very knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the entire process. She knows the Frankfort, KY area and market, and she took the time to explain every step in a way that made everything feel understandable and manageable. She did not mind to repeat herself or restate information in a way I could follow more easily. She was willing to spend time showing places and answering follow-up questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Reva is also an excellent communicator, always responding promptly, coordinating smoothly between us and the sellers, and keeping the process moving. She also was able to help me take advantage of a down payment assistance program that I wasn't even aware of, saving me a lot of upfront costs.
