Reuben Villa could not have done a better job for myself and my husband when buying our first home. Our offer was accepted $25k under asking price and we were able to get a decent amount of comps from the seller for needed repairs. He was quick to respond and answer all of my questions... even late at night. Better yet, he drove our escrow papers himself to Pasadena to speed the process along. I would recommend Reuben to anyone!
