First of all, I wanted to sell my house being out of state, so that itself is scary. When I first found Retta, I was so nervous because I had never sold a house before, but she made it so easy. She had recommended that I needed new appliances, and since I was on the other side of the United States, she went shopping and was there to have it delivered. I thought this was probably an extra charge, but no, this was all part of her fee. Are you serious?!!! I hate doing that kind of stuff and here she did it willingly and calmly, even when we ran into a hiccup. Retta is definitely an amazing professional and I would want nothing more than to have everyone sell their home as easily as I did.

We figured that looking for a home from out of state would be a challenge but Rhetta Sanders made the experience a very positive experience. By doing in-person and remote walk-througns we were able to find the home of our dreams. Her knowledge of the Sumter area guided us to the right mortgage and closing professionals as well.
