My husband and I are first time homebuyers and are pleased to have worked with such a wonderful and professional realtor like Renier. He stayed on top of sending us frequent updates to the homes on the market or about to go on the market. Any time we had questions, he was very prompt with response and eager to help with anything we needed. He was so easy to work with and made this whole process seem easy as well. Renier was recommended to my Fiance and myself by a close friend. From the start I was up front with him that our buying process would most likely take a long time due to my Fiance relocating to the central coast and starting a new job. One might think that this might deter a Realtor from providing excellent service due to the delay in payoff. This was certainly not the case with Renier. He took us to see multiple listings even with knowing we would probably not be making an offer at that time. Renier answered numerous questions in a timely manor; whether it be after normal work hours, weekends or even on his vacation. I have always felt and heard that buying a home (especially the 1st one) can be a stressful and daunting task, but with the right professional guidance it appeared to me that not only was the buying experience pleasurable it also became very empowering. Renier gave us excellent advice on negations and what home inspections would be the most beneficial, along with this he set up all our appointments and used his connections in the business to ensure we were getting the most for our money. Another great asset to Renier's repertoire is that he uses technology to benefit his clients and save time. All our offers were done electronically right through our smart phones. Now this may not seem like a big deal but the early bird gets the worm. The house that we ultimately fell in love with and ended up buying had our offer very shortly after it went on the market. My Fiance and myself felt that the fact that our offer was sent to the sellers so early that it weighed in our favor of them accepting before receiving other offers. All in all we would highly recommenced Renier and we will 100% be using him again on our next property.
