My husband, daughter (14), and I moved here in October from Wisconsin. Friends had recommended their mortgage broker and realtor to us. I had reached out to him, and after working with him, I left feeling hopeless. It was back to looking for a rental. Our credit was not horrible, just needed a bit of work. I happened to come across Renessa on social media, and asked my husband if I should reach out. He said that it wouldn't hurt. OMG, I am so happy that I did. She immediately got to work, told us what we needed to do, and how to do it. Fast forward to today, Renessa was able to get us a down payment assistance grant and into our forever home. This all happened in a matter of 2 months. She answered all of our questions and honestly had our backs the entire time, making sure we were not taken advantage of. She is amazing, and I usually do not write reviews, but I just had to for her. Anyone who is looking to buy a home but feels like there is no possible way, DO NOT LOSE HOPE! Renessa is amazing and will do everything in her power to make your dreams a reality.
