Wonderful experience
Renee, stays on top of the market sent me market comparisons on an every 2 week basis. Excellent communicator. Suggested appropriate changes that needed to be done as we progressed toward the sale completion. Held several open houses and reviewed with me the other agent feed-back. As other agents were touring the house, made sure that all the lights were on, so that the house was shown in its best light. Helped me make educated changes to the price . Was with me every step of the way. kept up information with the other agent and the buyer.
