A great realtor like Renee gives you everything you need to know, advises you, and doesn't hold back on what reality is. It really helped us in the end see the situation for what it is. There's no guessing and I think it helps you navigate through those last challenges. It helped us. We closed on the house and all the while Renee walked us through. Her bits of advise, her explanation of each step, made the difference in the end. We had put the offer on the house we liked, our bid was accepted, and all the little issues between buyer and seller were negotiated to the benefit of a sale that, I as the buyer, was really happy with. Renee said to us the first day we met her, "you've got a tiger." She is.
