Working with Mrs. Trusky was a genuine pleasure. I am in the state of Georgia while she managed the repairs and sale of my house in Killeen, TX. I was able to develop a trusting relationship that not only benefitted me in the sale of my house but about Real Estate. Mrs. Trusky listened to all of my questions and concerns. She went to bat for me which allowed the hiring of the right people to make the “necessary” repairs. I listened and followed her expertise, which allowed the quick repairs and sale. We began in October and by February my house was sold. As a matter of fact NLT 3 days after she put the house on the market we had several offers. Another thing she did which I came to understand is she posted the work of my house on Facebook as the repairs were happening. Really smart if you think about. People looking may take an interest and watch while the work is being down and it is more advertising before it is ready for market. I am not an expert, but it seemed to me to draw even more interst into my house. She used her contacts to help get the repairs on their schedule earlier as many repairers were booked. If they had a cancellation or anything she had my stuff ready to go and took advantage of those last minute schedule changes. I listened to Mrs. Trusky and kept my finances ready and this was another contributing factor to our faster timeline.
