Amazing Agent

Our relationship began with a simple phone from our Nashville, TN home the middle of Oct 2021. Renee listened and answered all our questions about selling our condo in Panama City Beach. We told her we had just recently started conversations about selling, she explained the market there and gave us an estimate value based on what we told. Renee was very knowledgeable and we definitely felt comfortable with her, about 4 weeks later called her and arranged an in person meeting at our condo. We discussed listing contract and sell price, normal listing is 6 months which we only wanted a 3 month contract. Renee was confident the selling price should be increased from the verbal value we had received just a month earlier. We signed contract to list and 10 days later we accepted an offer, closing was completed Dec 15, 2021.
