Oh my goodness

Oh my goodness. I cannot say enough about Renee! We started working together in April so I could buy my first home. Together, we went through four homes before finding The One. Through every step, Renee has been our fiercest fighter, our biggest cheerleader, and our number one expert. We went through a seller trying to hide a MASSIVE lien on the home. We had a company attempt to scam us and force us from the contract. We had a home that the insurance refused to touch and the appraisal came back much lower than expected. I also went through a death in the family during the process that had me ready to just quit. Through all of that, Renee offered expertise, comfort, and encouragement. She has gone so very above and beyond so that my family could finally have a place to call ours. There was even a time where I sent an email at 1:30 in the morning, fully expecting a response the next afternoon. Nope! I got an email right back 😭 Anything we needed, any question we had, any concern or worry, we were able to reach out to Renee. She made herself available for us. I truly would recommend anyone who needs anything real estate, talk to Renee. She has been a literal angel. It was so important to my mom that I owned a home one day and really, thanks to Renee, it's finally happened 💖
