Great experience with a very savvy agent!

We did a buy and sell with Renee earlier this year (2023). Buying was mostly straight forward with a new construction, but we had a couple issues that needed to be dealt with. Renee handled our builder like a champ and got things corrected and back on track. We were much more stressed about the sale of our old house, but thanks to Renee everything went very smoothly and quickly. We followed her advice on preparation of the property, trusted her pricing strategy, and were rewarded with a final sale price that was much better than we expected. Her marketing strategy had us under contract in 4 days with multiple offers while other houses in our neighborhood had been sitting for more than 30 days! An outstanding result in a soft, high intrest rate market! We were very pleased!
