After meeting Renee she showed us a few cabins we were still interested in but with this market they got sold while we were still looking at them but she had a very good idea what we’re looking for and she went out and found us this one that was going to be on the market end up being a great experience she went the extra mile getting all the information for us and even helping us after the sale she is very polite and kind and trustworthy not pushy at all we now consider her a friend of ours i’m sure you will have a great experience as we had she’s a very hard worker

Here's the short review: In a market where houses fly, Renee was helpful in all the right ways when trying to find a house. She contacted me quickly with new listings in the area and would even send me virtual tours of the house if I wasn't able to make the listing time. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful home buying experience! Nothing but good things to say about her! Long review :) For me, the location was key in finding a house that fit my needs. I randomly found a house that was out in the country and roughly the size I was looking for. On a rainy Saturday morning, I called up the listing company and a short time later Renee was showing me the house. She's great! She's very personable and friendly. She knows what's up when it comes to real estate. She's been in the business for quite some time. Unlike other realtors I've worked with, she is reliable and not pushy (prior to finding Renee, I was blown off and no-showed by another local realtor). Communication was Renee was always quick yet thorough via email, text, or phone (depending on what was appropriate). Ultimately I did not purchase the first house Renee showed me but we continued the search. She would email new listings and even do virtual tours of them for me if I wasn't able to make the showing times. Honesty I had a great first-time homebuyer experience with Renee. I highly recommended her. Eventually, we found the perfect house for me. I couldn't have done it without her. After the sale, she was able to get me leads on local landscapers and snow removal businesses as I was new to the area. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Renee and Woodland Lakes Realty.

She knew my budget and what I had to keep it at so as soon as houses were being posted that were reasonably priced she would be honest with me (as a first home buyer not knowing much) about the house and the pros and cons! She always answered my texts when I had questions(which were a lot) and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering her. My process took a little longer because of my job and bank purposes, so she kept me informed all the time as soon as she got updates as well to make sure I was always filled in or in the loop!
