Renee was quick to get us into houses to tour them. She was knowledgeable and helpful while touring. She would get to the AC and water heater to check how old they were. She would point out problems with the house. She would point out cool things about the house or tell us what things were if we didn’t know what they were. When it came time to put in offers and negotiate, she laid out all the info and didn’t sway us any way in how we should respond. Basically throughout the whole process Renee was helpful, kind, respectful, knowledgeable and quick to act and respond.

Renée from start to finish was very professional & knowledgeable about the market trends & current conditions in the area. We listed at a tough time, the holidays, however our home sold in 32 days.
