With the arrival of our second child, my wife and I were going back and forth on potentially looking for a bigger house. When we first sat down with Renee, it was just an idea to see what was out there. With it being a seller's market, we knew that we wouldn't have an issue selling our house but it was a matter of selling at a price we needed to stay within our budget in order to find the house we were looking for.
