Renee Praay

From day one, Renee Praay listened and showed interest in what we had to say and answered all of our questions. She came prepared with house comps, suggestions and never made us feel rushed. Renee also made herself available to meet at our home with technicians at varying times since we lived out of state. She was prepared to answer any question a potential buyer may have regarding our home. Renee also worked with the title company to resolve locating some missing paperwork. Once the house was put on the market we had immediate inquires and accepted an offer above selling price in two days. She also is involved in a facebook realtor group to keep up to date with what is occuring throughout the Western Michigan area and shares information as well. I was so impressed on all that Renee did for us and how she was in communication with us frequently. It was not easy at the end with a few bumps in the road but she stuck right with us. She is very professional and sincere. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor and am glad now to call her a friend.
