She is extremely knowledgeable regarding the real estate sales process as well as the real estate market in her area. Our experience with Renee was centered on selling my mother's home in Florida while we live in Pennsylvania. Renee went above and beyond our expectations throughout the sales process. She assisted us in every aspect of the sale, kept us informed on a regular basis, and even helped us secure contractors in the area to help with the home inspection repair process. We had a last minute job transfer out of state and had not been in our home for a year. Despite the stressful nature of our move, Natalia and Renee were amazing through the process. Natalie and Renee were awesome selling our home. We ran into quite a few issues with the buyers side, but they were relentless in getting it done. Natalia was our primary contact through our sale, and kept us extremely well informed, even when the phone call wasn't to bring good news with the issues. There were even times that Natalia was doing work the buyer's side should have been doing to try and get us closed. Natalia is very hands on and was at our home regularly checking on progress, even wiping down walls etc. It was a great relief since I was on the other side of the country the entire time! Fun note, I actually chose them twice. We initially considered selling in 2022, but I could not find any of those communications in 2023 when we decided to move forward. So, I started the real estate search from scratch. After we spoke, we did figure out that we had talked the year before! Absolutely could not recommend Natalia any stronger.
