Renee knowledge and communication skills were excellent during the purchase of our new home and selling our old home. She was quick turning around paperwork and getting answers for our many many questions and uncertainties. Renee was available day and night through the entire process. She is a very personable and happy person. I don’t have plans of ever moving again but I would certainly recommend Renee.

The home we purchased was part of an estate and we were doing a cash purchase. Renee was very effective in communicating this to the sellers which helped us reach an agreement quickly. This was also in the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic. Renee was very helpful in getting the closing through when all the banks and financial institutions were closing their doors! As if the virus was not enough, I was vacationing in Colorado for 2 weeks, three days after the sellers agreed to our offer so Renee was the intermediary explaining to the sellers what I needed. Needless to say Renee will handle the sale of our previous home.

Renee was able to suggest experts to turn to when it came to inspection and fixing a garage wall. She was able to quickly get our offer in and work our all problems that we came across.
