I met Renee at an open house in Tiverton In describing what I was looking for, she gave me the address of a property that had been on the market, had not sold, taken off the market and perhaps was still available. I left there to do a drive by, immediately returned to the open house to tell her I was interested and the rest is history. Being first to the plate, and because the owner knew I was serious - the property was efficiently secured, leaving two serious back up offers in the dust.
