Renee had amazing communication with me! She made the experience so smooth and easy to understand. Any ti E there was a change or unexpected situation she immediately let me know what to expect. My home was on the market for only 10 days, which tells me she did everything correctly to put my house out on the market! She coordinated every little detail about the sale of the house. She went way above and beyond what a realtor usually does. Renee even helped my daughter and I pack and figures out next steps at a time where I was unsure what to do next. She made everything so doable and i honestly never felt overwhelmed because there was always a feeling of knowing what came next. She is a very caring and kind person and I cannot recommend her enough! If you want someone who is always reachable that will make you feel at ease she’s your gal! She definitely knows her stuff and that is everything when you have to sell your home.

Realtors are not what they used to be- in the past they worked for your business, found listings, willingly showed you homes, and were happy to do it. I struggled to find one who's word and actions matched; until Renee! I was honest and upfront about what we needed (our list was hefty) but I promised her I would honor my promises if she honored her's. She delivered and then some. Renee is honest, hard working, proactive, friendly, and best of all not pushy. She showed us homes, gave honest feedback, and was incredibly helpful. If you have ever moved states, you know how difficult a simple task can be. I don't have enough words to tell you that if you are considering a realtor in Central/east central Florida- you should choose Renee. Aside from her positive approach, she is just a genuinely kind human. We need more of her in the world.
