We had several previous realtors that were very compelling on the front side but just couldn’t deliver with showings or even an offer. When I met Renee she was real, professional and down to earth. Our experience with Renee with top notch. She is the best of the best. Renee guided us throughout the home buying process, gave us her honest opinion and answered our million questions. She is a pro in her field and was able find a home for my husband and I within a short time frame that met our standards. She explained everything and made the process as simple as possible. We listed our 9th floor, Southeast corner condo with an Ocean with Renee. The location of the building (surrounded by mangroves, with ocean views and dozens of top rated bars and restaurants at your doorstep) was amazing and the unit upgraded with high ceilings. The previous sales in the building were low priced as compared to other condos along the beach in Palm Beach County. They were just extremely low because of the comps and not reflecting the true value. Renee was able to market and showcase the true value with staging, descriptions, pictures and videos. We sold the property for over double the price per square foot of the previous recent sales in the building. People were telling us we shouldn't list the property for more than $750k. Well we priced it much higher...received several offers and sold the property for 1.3 million. Now all the other units in the building are selling at the higher price per square foot that we received. It takes a very talented and creative realtor to break a glass ceiling like that. Just an amazing experience.
