Amazing Agent

We were fortunate to get a referral about Renee from a friend who also had a great experience with her in St. Pete... even better for us was that we were looking in an area where Renee lives. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the various neighborhoods and communities we were looking in, providing a lot of research beyond the usual "comps". She was patient when we looked at many different homes, knowing what questions to ask and things to look out for as possible red flags or additional costs that could come up. Renee was also a great advocate for us in negotiations once we found the home we wanted. She was also very helpful with recommending an inspector and other options for services in the area if needed. She is always upbeat and energetic, ready to go even if she was coming from another showing in another part of the Bay Area. Highly recommend her, especially if you are new to the area like we were.
