We are supremely grateful to Renee! We were trying to move from northern to Southern California without knowing the area well and had limited time. Renee set aside the weekends we could fly down and took us to every place we wanted to see in the Inland Empire, she was with us all day both days. She knew all these little areas that were up to an hour apart from each other and her knowledge was invaluable. Then she had to be our local liaison while we tried to do everything from afar. We had a couple problems with the seller (which Renee keenly predicted) and started panicking but Renee kept her cool and saved us from making costly concessions. Ultimately she was right again and the seller gave in. Just another time her expertise and communication skills came in handy. We had a wonderful time working out a difficult and complicated move with Renee who made sure we got into our dream house at a great price and in time for the kids to start the school year. Cannot recommend this talented agent enough!

A subpar experience overall. In a market that should fair in the interest of the seller I felt, that her interests were in selling quickly and not necessarily in gaining the highest price for my home. Her birthday weekend away was kept secret until after agreeing to a contract, which she made clear that she would not be entertaining any offers once her weekend away began, and I would “have to” accept one of the offers received in the first week as interest in purchasing a home is little to none after the first 5 days of listing. There were no flyers left out on her sign on the lawn to show perspective buyers prior to or after the open house what my home had to offer. I would not be granted a second open house, as it was made clear Renee thought it would be pointless, and how could she when she would be away and this wouldn’t be able to host one nor would her company provide another colleague to host. After the sale I didn’t even so much as get a sold sign on my home. I would not recommend her to anyone who wishes a pleasant experience, if you wish to sell fast and be done with the entire process without any professionalism Renee is your realtor. Take the first bid she recommends or “it’s on you” what may come as a result.
