My husband and I first met Renee Frigo at an Open House she was doing for a house she was selling. We were casually looking and not yet ready to buy, but we put our contact info down on her form. She sent us an email offering to help us find a home, but we didn't respond for several weeks because we weren't ready. We ended up choosing Renee to be our realtor because she did not pressure or hound us after that first email. She was very flexible and showed us houses on the weekends. When we found the one we wanted, she went with us to look at it twice before putting in the offer. One of the best aspects of working with Renee is that she uses Dotloop. We were able to review and sign all of our documents from our home computer or smart phone, instead of having to meet somewhere any time an amendment was made. All in all, we got the house we wanted for a great price, with some extra stuff done by the sellers, and it was 1/100th as stressful as we were expecting. She took the time to help us first-time homebuyers and answered all our questions, even at 10pm on a Wednesday night, and even though we weren't exactly what you'd consider high-dollar clients. We would definitely recommend Renee to anyone looking to buy or sell!
