I grew up in a Real Estate family and have transacted a lot of properties with various agents over my life. It felt like they were a necessary part of the process, albeit one I begrudgingly accepted. Then we met Renee. She has a background in some type of counseling and immediately defies the stereotype of an agent. Her calm, centered, personable demeanor put us at ease through every step of the process. It wasn’t just us, her authentic warmth disarmed buyers and agents alike. We kept using Renee to sell our houses because she was such a pleasure to work with. But also because both houses she organized great photos, ads, open houses, played patient and shrewd negotiator, and got us offers SO FAR above asking that we were shocked. In the case of our last house sold, we listed at 480 and she demurely courted a heated bidding war, coaching multiple escalation clauses, and we ended up with 535!! You expect that type of deal to come as a win-lose but it was a win-win because all sides had clear respectful communication and loved Renee. In short, if you want to enjoy the process (and whoever would ever expect to say that about a real estate transaction), shock yourself with how pleasant it is to work with Renee.

Renee is a hard working agent that will get what you want and how you want it. She will not let you get pushed around in negotiations. Access to her portal gives you daily updates to available homes within your filter parameters. During a tough time to buy houses, Renee made one of the most stressful processes for our family go so smoothly it honestly is amazing.
Renee was extremely patient and helpful during a long and difficult closing. I found a house that I loved and despite it taking 7 months to close she stuck with me the whole way making sure that when the issue was resolved I could close on the property.
