She did everything that she said she would do and never once had a lapse in communication. We’re still in awe of how outstanding she was. Renee was awesome! We reached out to friends from 500 miles away and she was recommended highly, immediately made contact, and was able to give us her full availability on very short notice with extremely limited time for showings. She did a couple of showings via video call and made a second trip worthwhile until we finally found what was right ♡ She is very knowledgeable, did great to help manage our expectations, and made herself completely available for calls and texts.
As a first time homebuyer with little knowledge of the process, Renee far exceeded my expectations of a realtor. Not just someone who looks at you as a paycheck, but a great human being who genuinely cares! She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re getting what you want. When I first decided to sell my home, Renee came highly recommended from several sources. Upon contacting her for the first time, she arrived at the property and ready to work within 15 minutes! Upon meeting her and discussing my concerns, her answer was always “no problem” and “I will handle that for you”. I purchased this property from over 1000 miles away and had nobody on the ground that could make the necessary repairs/upgrades. Within 18 hours Renee had multiple contractors on-site working and providing quotes. (Renee and her husband even pitched in doing some of the work themselves). From there SHE got the house in tip top shape and readied for the listing in one weeks time. The communication and updates I received from Renee were second to none, and we had the house sold in no time flat. Renee and her team made this transaction smooth as glass. I had zero to worry about knowing that Renee was on the job. I can’t wait to move onto the next project, but ONLY if Renee agrees to be my realtor. In a time where nobody wants to work, and those that do, frankly suck at their job, dealing with Renee was a breath of fresh air. I can’t say enough good things about Renee. As a first-time home buyer I was pretty scared actually. But Renee literally held my hand through the whole process. She was always available by phone or by text, rode all over Jacksonville looking at homes with me. Lifted me up when I got discouraged…and answered my MANY questions I had through the process. She was always positive and kept saying if its meant to be it will happen. And happen it did…Renee treated me like one of her family and that was very important to me. I knew I could trust her implicitly. I have felt ‘at home’ since moving in and that’s all thanks to Renee. She’s a keeper.
Renee was fantastic to work with; she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. She was laser focused on helping find the best home for our family. She even set us up with another agent in Georgia when we were potentially going to buy a house on the other side of the state line. She sent multiple listings she thought would work for us, rearranged her schedule to meet and drive my husband around to see places (when he was able to fly in from out of town last minute since we are moving to the area from out of state), and worked tirelessly in order to make sure we were able to see the houses that we were interested in, and ultimately purchase our new home. She also worked virtually with us to do walkthroughs for our tour of the house, and our inspection, as well as setting up an extra time for my husband to be able to go over and check out the house in person. She went above and beyond in making sure that we had everything we needed, and that nothing was missed, in order to ensure that we were 100% comfortable making this purchase remotely. She also left a thoughtful gift basket welcoming us to the home and the area.
