She helped us secure the property we wanted, below the asking price by identifying areas where we could negotiate. She stepped us through the entire process with ease. After closing, she followed up to ensure everything was going smoothly and even provided us with a gift card to one of our favorite restaurants. Her personal touches made a big difference and showed she genuinely had our best interest at heart. Since purchasing the property, we are potentially looking at purchasing a home for rental opportunities. Renee is continuing to work with us on that front at our speed.
