Called Renee and assessed the situation and upon her advise we skipped the repairs, kept our $$ in our pocket and sold "as is". Listed on a Monday and closed the bidding on Thursday with 16 offers!! What made doing business with Renee even less stressful was her faith in our Lord Jesus Christ! We trusted in her wisdom and knowledge of her profession because of her profession! We were doing business with a sister in Christ! from 700 miles away! That was the joy of using The Butler Team! Not to mention closing well above the listing price.
