The whole team at the Butler team are doing a great job. At first I was a little skeptical because of bad experiences from other people from other companies. But this team, the butler team is a company I can recommend. I took a chance and give them my house to sell. Everything was nice and smooth, no stress, no headache. Nice and smooth all the way to closing. Kim was the one I communicated with the most, she was great. Very knowledgeable, professional and responsive.
