After keeping Renee Butler in my memory from advertisements with one of my favorite radio personalities we needed a realtor to handle the sale of our home. This past month has been a blur. From the moment we contacted her she was on our doorstep. When we first met her, she was so full of energy and excitement. It was as if it was her first dance. Selling or buying property can be an incredibly stressful event, happening only a few times in ones’ life. With her steady hand she took us through the process step by step. As we progressed, she worked with her team of professionals to keep us updated with the process. There was a slight glitch on our part with the title for the home in the very last week. Of course, our stress went up as the new owners were anxious to take ownership and we had a big challenge on our hands. Fortunately, the team, including the amazing title company held our hands and guided us through the issue. We closed right on time with the title company coming to the nearer office of the Butler Team to accommodate our travel distance. I am still in awe with how fast she found a buyer. Our property was an incredibly unique one and I anticipated it would take months to find the right buyer. Renee helped us establish a realistic price goal and we are totally satisfied with the results. More than satisfied, we are elated. We just started working with the Butler Team and so far it has been such a pleasant experience. I just met Renee today. She was fun, knowledgeable and helpful. Prior to this, I mostly have been interacting with her assistant , Kim. Kim is the best! She has gone above and beyond to provide an excellent client experience. She is pleasant and while I know she has a very busy schedule, Kim makes you feel like you are the only client. I never felt rushed and Kim takes her time to answer any questions.
