Renee Brandies is a "True Professional". She supported me during a difficult time and helped greatly with advice and knowledge of the current housing market.
Renee communicated to us with updates, related to our particular requirements on a daily basis. Her knowledge of the home designs/builders was on target with our desired goals. And she made our year with a “home run” when she found the perfect property In which it was built.
Renee was AMAZING! We faced several hurdles & she handled them all with astonishing grace! She was our advocate - helping us deal with everything -her extensive knowledge was a huge help on guiding us to take care of all the obstacles we faced. She was fast to respond when the timing was critical! She was such a pleasure to work with! We cannot say enough about how much we appreciate her for helping us through this process- she is a FANTASTIC realtor and we highly recommend her!
Renee has been a great help to us. Her commitment is reflected in her attentiom to the details. She is very knowlegeable, accessible and communicates clearly, making the process easy. She is a joy to work with!
My time working with Renee couldn’t have gone better. I was in the process of looking at homes without a realtor and one day Renee picked up the phone and everything changed from that day forward. She quickly caught on to what I was specifically looking for and in the price range that I had. I’m a big believer in communication and Renee was outstanding when it came to communication and so much more. I don’t know off the top of my head how many homes we looked at together, but Let’s just say it was a lot. She was patient with me and only wanted me to be happy with my first home. She was not just looking for a quick pay day as some realtors may do these days. Renee understood everything we talked about when it came to my needs and wants as a buyer. She worked extremely hard to find me the perfect home and I am beyond grateful to be writing this from my brand new home all thanks to Renee. I could not be more grateful that Renee picked up the phone that one day. It was a true blessing to get to work with her and I sincerely mean that. I would recommend her to anyone buying a home. Renee went above and beyond and was there for me every step of the way. Anyways, i just want to say I was beyond blessed to have Renee on my side when it came to buying my first home. Renee is a true professional and is the best there is.
