We met Renee when while looking at a house early on in our search. She was actually the realtor for the house we were looking at and did not live close. We were not happy with our two realtors at the time as they just were not listening to our wants and really just didn't seem interested in finding us a new home. We started working with her and immediately she was engaged and seemed genuinely interested in making things happen. We are not first-time buyers but did have some unique requests in that we needed a small farm that allows horses and that we were open to almost the entire state of Florida. As well, we needed to buy a house and sell our house at the same time with little time in between so that we were not homeless for too long. We had several homes all over the state we were interested in seeing and Renee made it happen. She did all the work and even drove hours away so she could be with us. During our search we also worked with her to sell our home. She took amazing pictures and really highlighted the best features of our home. We were under contract in 3 weeks and closed by week 4. She was aggressive when needed but also listened and took her time. Everything from the sale of our home and the closing on our new home (all within 4 days of each other) went relatively smooth. She kept us informed all the way! We absolutely chose the right realtor for our needs, and I would highly recommend her to others!
