Excellent representation in the sale of my home and the hunt and purchase of the new home!
Renee managed us through a challenging sale time during a pandemic and not only negotiated the sale of our house but took us tirelessly across Central Florida to find the perfect house that delivered on all hopes. Coordinating the two closings to coincide on the same day required significant attention and Renee's time/task management application and the Charles Rutenberg signing portal allowed us to address the many tasks remotely. Great job Renee Benson!
