Rene and Kim Maylee did an outstanding job selling what was considered a difficult property. As an absentee owner of this rental property in a condominium community, they went above and beyond what most agents would do to get it sold. The property was in rough shape and needed a complete facelift to make it saleable. They never hesitated to meet painters, carpet installers, cleaning services, etc. to let them in and inspect the work performed to ensure it was satisfactory. They marketed the property perfectly, held open houses, and got it sold quickly! There is much more I could add here but the bottom line is Rene and Kim are outstanding real estate professionals in the Sarasota community and I highly recommend them both for all of your real estate needs.
