Rene was amazing through the whole process, all 11 days of it. From listing to closing of our rental property. Her marketing skills are second to none and within 3 hours of posting, we had an offer 10k above asking price. Being first time home sellers, Rene took the time before our house even went to market to walk us through the process and give amazing advice. Everything she said would happen, really did in fact happen and wasn't just lip service to get a new client. Her knowledge of the market is amazing and my wife and I highly recommend Rene to anyone looking to sell a home. We plan on using Rene to sell our current home as well as find us a new one.
