When our heater needed repair in the middle of winter while the sale was pending, and we had already left the state, she personally checked on the property in the evenings to ensure that the temperatures was remaining stable. I contacted Rene next who: 1) assured me she could sell my home to break even, 2) maybe even make a little scratch, and most importantly, 3) she had a positive outlook on the whole process! This binder was used for potential buyers at the open house, which she scheduled right away! This facilitated the process and answered any questions a buyer may have.
