I found Rene "out of the blue" -- because, unlike any others, she actually "answered her phone" when I called about a local property of interest (i was out of the area). Although busy, she made time to fit my schedule, helped me review and assess several properties, and negotiated on my behalf, an outcome on a proper. No details slipped through the cracks and everything was on time and schedule. I'm immensely grateful for her help!
