René holds the CDPE, CLHMS, CNE, CNHS, CRS, e-PRO, FSSP, GPS, GRI, RLI, SRS and SRES designations. She was also recognized in Local Profile Magazine; 2021 Best of Local-Top Realtors®. She never stops learning or adding additional knowledge to help her clientele. She has added Feng Shui Staging Professional (FSSP) as well as completed her certification as a Feng Shui Consultant to her resume of designations and accreditations.
With a strong drive to succeed and a passion of helping others, René Burchell has made great strides as a Realtor® in North Dallas, Texas. “I have had the pleasure of operating my business for almost 20 years, which is why most of my business is referred by past clients.” she explains. “Our boutique team consists of an employed licensed office manager, social media manager and a licensed transaction coordinator whom both help with our day-to-day duties servicing our clientele.” Additionally, we have a dually state (Illinois & Texas) licensed buyers representative who offers 20+ years of experience in addition to myself. Serving mostly the Dallas, Denton and Collin County areas, vast majority of her clients derive from repeat clientele as well as referrals, a testament to her superior service.
Why do her clients keep coming back? “I embody high integrity, transparency and honesty,” she says. “I’m upfront and I like to prepare my clients what to expect from beginning to end. There are many factors that go into assisting and ensuring a smooth sales transaction; it is important to align yourself with the right Realtor® who can manage the hurdles as they arise. An active full-time participant in North Texas real estate, she is a current member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the Collin County Association of Realtors, the latter which she spent 2 years as a Director for the Collin Count Association Board. Rene held membership with the Women's Council of Realtors where she served as the 2011 President and was recognized in 2009 for Realtor of the Year with the Collin County Chapter, additionally served 5 years previously within the board.
Prior to real estate, Rene worked with in corporate America for 10 years after obtaining her real estate license in 1992. During that time, she worked as a financial executive assistant for Merrill Lynch, Whirlpool, and Cain Watters & Associates PC.
Rene and her team specialize in assisting all Luxury Property, Relocation, Purchases, Sales, and Leases within Collin, Dallas, Denton, Grayson, Tarrant and other surrounding counties.
A native Texan, Rene grew up in the Fort Worth suburb of Keller, Texas. She currently resides in Frisco with her husband and her three West Highland Terriers, Blue, Max and Lucy.
