We had a wonderful experience with Renda. She was knowledgeable of the current market trends and able to guide us from beginning to end to get the best price for our home. When we needed assistance with repairs, she had a list of professionals we could contact. As we handled DIY projects, she encouraged our efforts and made recommendations as we to the best use of our time and energy. Since we were traveling back and my forth out of state she she frequently was responsible for scheduling and monitoring vendor repairs. Additionally since we had no computer, she would print and bring items to us we needed to sign. She was very professional, personable and knowledgeable of the entire process. She remained calm throughout the process, educating us along the way. She communicated well not only with us, but with the buyers and their agent. She has great Customer Service Skills! I doubt any other realtor would have been as involved and added as much personal assistance as Renda! Knowing the market, Renda suggested we allow buyers "take an early preview" of the house while we were finishing up projects during the "coming soon" phase. This strategy paid off as the second person who saw it made an offer above the listed price. The buyers had been pre-approved and ready to close within a very short period of time. Throughout the entire process, Renda stepped in and stepped up to help whenever we needed it. As a matter of fact, Renda couldn't be at the closing as she was at the house supervising a plumbing repair we had promised the sellers. It was impressive to me that the seller's agent told us what a good choice we had made in selecting Renda as our agent! With her great marketing skills, sales knowledge, communication ability, personality, can do attitude and customer service skills Renda is an awesome realtor. We cannot recommend her highly enough!
