Was a great experience working with Renato. Not only he's a great agent but also a very down to earth invidual who goes above and beyond inorder to fulfill my needs. Renato is very dependable and put his clients first.

After my husband passed away, I later retired. Then I decided to move from California to purchase my first home. Upon arriving in Florida, I waited a few months before I began my home search. From May to August 2021, I had several experienced agents who did not work well with me as a new buyer and my unique circumstances. Again, Realtor.com referred me to yet another agent. I was introduced to Mr. Renato Blanco of More Homes, which I soon realized was the agent that I needed. Although Mr. Blanco is a fairly new agent, he was able to win my confidence in his ability to represent me successfully through to closing. Although I was not buying an expensive condo, he respected me as though I was a top-tier client on the top of his priorities list. Mr. Blanco constantly communicated with me effectively. He was able to secure several showing appointments throughout the week that checked off all of my home preferences and needs. Mr. Blanco gave me his honest opinion regarding the properties features--good or bad. He remained vigilant and was able to secure the home of my dreams. It was a heroic moment for me. I couldn't believe it. I related to him how much I wanted that beautiful condo. That night he expeditiously snagged the property by shrewdly asking the sellers for an immediate response so we got our offer accepted despite the many offers received. It was a moment to celebrate! I am very fortunate to have worked with Mr. Blanco as my agent in my first home-buying experience. His customer service--top notch. He was able to accomplish this due to a highly proficient team who are just as professional and detailed as he: Brenda Vera, transaction coordinator, my loan agent and Grandma's Boys who were very flexible in scheduling my move. Working with them was a very pleasant experience. I look forward to referring Mr. Blanco and his team in the future. Also, it is my pleasure retaining him as my agent.
