Not only is Renae an excellent realtor, she is such an amazing woman! Her kindness and support helped me get through my home buying process with exactly what I had dreamed of finding. Renae understood MY needs as a single mother of 3 boys and always presented relevant options. I have great trust in Renae! Her honesty and reliability is genuine and so greatly appreciated.

Renae is the best! This is my husband and I first time buying a home. The market in the Portland area is not very competitive and when you don’t have a huge loan amount it could be nearly impossible to find because you are always outbid. But when my husband and I felt discouraged about a refused offer she made us feel encouraged and reminded us that it’s just not meant to be and the house that is suppose to be ours is meant to be. We started house shopping back in September. There was one house I had my eye on. But our agent before renae refused to show it to us. In fact he was very discouraging and basically told us it was a lost cause. We decided to take matters into our own hands and called the listing agent for the house we wanted that he had refused to show us. The listing agent introduced us to renae. She wrote us an offer on that house and we were outbid. But renae encouraged us and we kept looking. We looked for months and got many offers denied. Renae continued to encourage us. In January we found out that the buyers backed out of the house that we wanted and we were given the first offer before it went back on the market. After much waiting and patience and prayer we finally own the home we have been looking at since the beginning. I learned a lot in the process and Renae taught us a lot. When you choose an agent you want to choose someone who cares about you no matter how small your loan is. You want someone who explains things to you and cares just as much as you do about the process. This is the agent that will do that. I feel like we didn’t just find an agent but an amazing friend.

Renae is one of those people you meet once in your life and you make sure they stay in your life forever. Not only was she amazingly helpful/professional/knowledgeable/understanding/attentive but she walked with me through the entire process and I am getting the keys to my new home today, because of Renae. The process could not have been easier and I give all that credit to Renae for all the hard work and time she dedicated to me and my home search. I now consider her a friend of the family and look forward to working with her for many homes to come!
