Renae Stringer, can you sum her up in one word? No, but if I had to, I’d go with amazing. We were down in Orange Beach on a family and friends trip to vacation and find a condo. Renae was super organized and took us to multiple properties that we wanted to see and that she thought would fit what we were looking for. She knows the area like the back of her hand and has historical insight on all the properties and locations from being a lifelong native of the area and her years as a Realtor serving the community. After several days and multiple properties we saw many we liked and narrowed it down to two. As we sat on the sugar sands of Orange Beach outside our rental condo enjoying some sun & fun thinking about which property we wanted to make an offer on, Renae trekked through the sand down to us to let us know one of the properties was no longer available. She then said “you all seem to really like this property based on our conversations this week ”. We all agreed that we loved everything about the property. Renae walked off to make a call and comes back to tell us she knew someone in this condo who had a unit on the market in the past and would possibly be interested in selling. She got us in the unit about 15 min later to take a look and we knew it was the one. Within a couple hours we had a deal in motion. That is the power of Renae with her connections and familiarity of the local area. She is now part of our family and circle of friends and always makes time when she knows we’re coming down to Orange Beach. If you’re looking for a hardworking, honest, humble and call it like it is Real Estate Professional that’s passionate about her work and even more so about her clients then Renae is the the one!!
