My wife and I were connected with Renae Pretty through my bank's home buying assistance program. We could not be happier with our connection. Renae listened to what we were looking for and suggested a new home construction for us to view that was move-in ready by the time our VA loan was processed. The first one was the right one. She was extremely responsive, worked great with our mortgage broker (who was also phenomenal), knowledgeably answered our questions, and went above and beyond to make things happen. She understands (and has personally lived) the needs of the military and special VA loan requirements. Our interest always took precedence over her own or any other party.
