Renae made the house selling process relatively painless, even when there were pitfalls with potential buyers. She is well-connected in the community which made repairs quick and affordable. She provided well-founded advice during decision points such as listing price, counter offers, repairs, etc. I would highly recommend Renae!
Renae has sold two of our homes. She has excellent knowledge of real estate in middle Georgia. She made recommendations on what we needed to do and also what we didn’t need to worry so much about in prepping our home to be shown. She has tons of contacts to assist with things that needed repair. After one of the homes was inspected and there was an expensive repair recommended on our roof, she called her roofing expert and it ended up being a minor issue at a fraction of the cost. She advocates for her clients and I would not use anyone else!

Renae Anderson is extremely knowledgeable in real estate and energetic. She works tirelessly to make sure her clients receive the support and answers that they require. She is very responsive to her clients through the entire process. She makes each and every one feel that her primary job is to support them and provides that level of detail to each and every one. She has great integrity in all aspects. There are many times that she knew the exact person to call for the proper inspection to be completed and not require other people or costs. Even after the contracts are finished, people have moved and settled, she will still take time to make sure that her clients have settled in and there are no other concerns or reservations. She is FANTASTIC!!!

Renae has helped us buy and sell in middle GA. As a military family, we appreciated the support we got from a professional realtor. We purchased a home with the intent to flip and Renae gave us advice on which upgrades would be most beneficial and helped us make the most out of our investment. We loved living in the area too! When we ran into complications after a move (a busted pipe flooded our investment), she helped us navigate. We had professional advice the entire time it took us to rebuild and eventually sell the house. We also had a wonderful buyer for the property which helped tremendously. Our situation was not typical and incredibly frustrating but these things can happen.
