This is something I should've done a long time ago! From the very beginning, I told Rena that we were going to be difficult. To her credit she didn't even flinch when we told her what our budget for a new home was, (sub 400k in SoCal)! In addition to that requirement we gave her a laundry list of wishes for a new home, hardwood floors, high ceilings, three bed, two bath, big kitchen on a decent sized lot. She immediately went to work and within hours she had sent us a list of properties that met most or all of our criteria. In addition she researched several properties that we had found during our searches. She was 100% up front about the condition and possibilities of each property. She showed us the ones we picked and many more possible candidates. She was tireless in finding us our dream home and was very good at keeping us up to date. When we had questions, she had the answers. After looking at what seemed like a dozen properties, lots of fixer uppers (our budget was to blame), Rena finally found us the perfect home tucked away in the hills near the Angeles forest. This home came in well under our 400k budget and was turn key! The views are stunning and the sunsets are breath taking almost every night.
